Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: December 1, 2025

At Covington Material & Supply Co. (“Covington,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that returns are sometimes necessary and strive to make the process simple and transparent. Please review our return policy carefully before initiating a request.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Return requests must beinitiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must beunused, undamaged, and in original condition with all packaging, labels, and documentation intact.
  • All returns must include a validorder number and proof of purchase.

Note: Returns requested beyond 14 days or for items that have been installed, used, or modified may not be eligible.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature, customization, or final-sale status. These include:

  • Custom, specialty, or made-to-order products
  • Clearance, final sale, or discontinued items
  • Products altered, assembled, or installed after delivery
  • Perishable or time-sensitive materials

If you are uncertain whether your item qualifies, please contact our support team prior to initiating a return.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Emailinfo@covingtonsupplyco.com within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Include yourorder numbercontact information, and a brief reason for return.
  3. Our team will review your request and providereturn authorization with detailed shipping instructions.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

4. Shipping & Return Costs
  • Customers are responsible forreturn shipping costs unless the return is due to a Covington error, such as an incorrect or defective item.
  • Items must be shipped using theoriginal or equivalent protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  • Covington is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return shipment.
5. Refunds & Processing
  • Refunds are issued to theoriginal form of payment within 7–10 business days after returned items are received and inspected.
  • Arestocking fee (up to 20%) may apply depending on product type and supplier requirements.
  • Refunds will not include original shipping or handling fees unless the return is due to a company error.
6. Exchanges & Replacements

If you need a replacement item rather than a refund, please note this in your return email.
We can arrange replacement shipments for eligible products once the original item is received and inspected.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Notify us within48 hours of delivery by emailing info@covingtonsupplyco.com with photos and your order details.
  • We will coordinate a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
