Mechanical Systems

Commercial Mechanical Systems for HVAC, Ventilation & Building Performance

Overview

Covington Supply Co. provides commercial mechanical systems that support heating, cooling, ventilation, and indoor air quality across commercial, institutional, multifamily, and public-sector construction projects.

Mechanical systems are supplied in alignment with approved mechanical drawings, equipment schedules, technical specifications, client-provided takeoffs, and applicable product catalogs. Covington operates a specification-driven supply model, supporting coordinated mechanical system configurations that meet performance, efficiency, code, and procurement requirements.

Mechanical systems are supplied on a specification basis only. Pricing and procurement require an approved takeoff or specification.

Specification Readiness

Covington supports mechanical system selections that align with CSI specifications, approved submittals, equipment schedules, and coordinated construction timelines, ensuring systems are procurement-ready once project documentation is finalized.

Pricing and procurement require drawings, schedules, or quantity takeoffs.
